RENAUSH POS End User Licence Agreement

This End User Licence Agreement (“EULA”) is an agreement between you (the business installing or using the software, “Customer”) and RENAUSH, a proprietorship of Md Ghufran, registered as a Micro enterprise under Udyam (UDYAM-BR-31-0068257), with its registered office at Garkha, Saran, Bihar 841311, India (“RENAUSH”) for the RENAUSH POS software (“Software”). By installing or using the Software, you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use it.

1. Licence grant

RENAUSH grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, one-time licence to use the Software for your own business, for the number of counters, terminals and/or branches included in the licence tier you purchased (for example Solo, Shop, Multi-Terminal or Multi-Branch). The Software is licensed, not sold. During a free trial, the same terms apply for the trial period.

2. Activation

Each licence is bound to the machine(s) on which it is activated. Moving a licence to a new computer (for example after a hardware failure) requires contacting RENAUSH, and is handled under your support plan.

3. Restrictions

You must not:

  • resell, rent, lend, sublicense or share the Software or your licence key;
  • use the Software on more counters, terminals or branches than your licence allows;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or try to bypass the licensing or security of the Software, except where the law expressly allows it;
  • modify the Software or remove any copyright or ownership notices.

4. Support and updates

The first year of support is included with your licence. After the first year, annual support is optional and charged at the rate shown on our website at renewal time. Support covers help with using the Software, bug fixes and updates released during the support period. The Software keeps working if you choose not to renew support.

5. Your data

Your business data (sales, products, customers, accounts) stays on your own computer. RENAUSH does not receive, store or access it unless you share it with us yourself, for example during a support session. You are responsible for taking regular backups of your data and keeping them safe.

6. Warranty disclaimer

The Software is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RENAUSH makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted, error-free operation. You are responsible for checking that bills, tax calculations and reports produced by the Software meet your legal and accounting requirements.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RENAUSH is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of data, profit, revenue or business. RENAUSH’s total liability under this EULA is limited to the licence fee you paid for the Software.

8. Termination

This licence ends automatically if you break this EULA. When it ends, you must stop using the Software and uninstall it.

9. Governing law

This EULA is governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Saran, Bihar, India.
