Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases from RENAUSH, a proprietorship of Md Ghufran, registered as a Micro enterprise under Udyam (UDYAM-BR-31-0068257), with its registered office at Garkha, Saran, Bihar 841311, India (“RENAUSH”). Please read it before you buy. You can try RENAUSH POS free for 15 days before purchasing a licence.

1. Software licences (RENAUSH POS)

Software licences are non-refundable once the licence key has been issued. Because a licence key cannot be taken back after it is delivered, we recommend using the free trial first to make sure RENAUSH POS fits your business. If you were charged by mistake (for example, a duplicate payment) or the licence key was never issued, we will refund the amount in full.

2. Service projects (websites, e-commerce, custom applications)

The advance payment for a service project is non-refundable once work has started, because it covers planning, design and development time already spent. If you cancel before any work has started, the advance is refunded. Amounts paid for work that has been completed and delivered are not refundable. Where a project is ended partway, we will hand over the work completed up to that point once all amounts due for it are paid.

3. Support and maintenance

Annual support and monthly maintenance fees are non-refundable once the support or maintenance period has started.

4. How to raise a request

Email information@renaush.com with your name, order ID or invoice number, and the reason for your request. We will respond within 7 working days. Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method.

5. Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
